• Can I drive the car?

All our cars are Chauffer driven. Driving the car is not allowed unless specified and agreed prior to booking. Price will be higher if the car is driven.

• Is this a daily/ hourly rental?

All rentals are “event appearance” based and are not calculated on daily/ hourly basis - The car is available for upto 4 hours for wedding events and photography/ videography and for upto 10 hours for commercial shoots/ corporate events/ business booking.

• Can I decorate the car?

Depending on the car you choose, we have to confirm with the car owner if they allow decoration on the car. Some cars can not be decorated to avoid paint chipping off as these are classic vehicles. Upon approval for decoration, complete details of decoration to be shared before or at the time of booking.

• What are your service cities/ areas?

We are taking bookings for limited areas in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. 

• My shoot/ event is at a location outside the service area. What are my options?

We can discuss your requirements in detail and try to arrange a vehicle. In case of out of service area rentals, the car will be transported on a breakdown/ recovery truck. Transportation charges will be shared with you if there is a car available for your required location.

• Why am I getting limited options for my booking date?

All of our cars are owned by exotic and classic car collectors and club members on our panel. We have to provide complete details and dates of the event. Only the options shared by members are sent with pricing. Depending on date and location of your event, we send the vehicle options which i) can be conveniently driven to your location ii) are available and not booked with other clients on your event date iii) are in a good drivable condition. 

• When can I make a booking?

The cars can be booked 1 week to 1 month prior to the event date. Bookings earlier than 1 week from the event date are subject to availability 

• What is the booking procedure?

Once all details are shared with us, we shall send available options within 24 hours of the enquiry. When a car is finalized and locked for the event, we ask you to submit a 100% advance along with a refundable security deposit to confirm your booking.

• Do you require a security deposit?

Yes - a security deposit of Rs. 50,000 (refundable) is required along with rental payment at the time of your booking. The security deposit is refunded immediately when the car is ready to leave the event venue upon satisfactory inspection.

• Are these cars insured? What if they get damaged during the booking?

No, we do not have insurance options for the vintage/ classic and exotic cars. Any sort of damage, included but not limited to body, paint, electrical, mechanical, interior, cosmetics etc will be charged in full from the client (all parts have to be imported from US, UK or Canada, in the case of damage current forex and freight charges along with labour costs will be charged to the client).

• What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations are subject to a 50% charge on your total rental. Cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours from the time of booking. There are no refunds for cancellations made 24 hours from the booking. 

• Where are you located?

We are headquartered in Islamabad, Pakistan however we operate in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.

• What payment methods do you accept if I want to rent a classic or exotic car?

We accept cash and online bank transfer.
